Emily serves as the Licensing and Permitting Clerk and Public Works Assistant for Toquerville City. In this capacity, she facilitates the completion and approval of building and zoning permits, land use applications, business and animal licensing, and provides administrative support to the Public Works department. Prior to joining the City in 2023, she spent nearly a decade at a St. George law firm, where she gained extensive experience in case management, client relations, and communicating with government agencies. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a special emphasis on marketing from the University of Minnesota. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she treasures her time outdoors in Southern Utah, adventuring with her husband or riding her horses along the scenic trails.
