Bailey Serves as the Culture and Recreation Director/ Communications and Media Coordinator, she manages, directs, supervises, and coordinates various recreation programs and special events. She also provides technical support to the City Manager and other departments as directed. Bailey has been working in Events for the past 8 years, her experience in events, public relations, and recreation make her a valuable asset to the community. Prior to starting her role with the City of Toquerville she worked in public relations as an Event manager for Balance of Nature and worked as the Senior and Adult Programs Director for the City of Provo. Through her licensing as a Therapeutic Recreation Technician, she worked as an Activities Director at various Assisted Living Facilities. She is passionate about working within the community and committed to making a meaningful impact on people through community events.
