Can I get a third gray trash can?

Toquerville City’s waste services are taken care of through the Washington County Solid Waste District. Two cans are included in your regular monthly bill. You may request an additional can here: WCSW Residential Waste Containers Form. WCSW will bill you separately for a third can.

How can I pay my utility bill?

Pay online with Xpress Bill Pay. You can set up your own account, set up automatic payments, and have 24/7 access on any device. Doing so ensures you avoid missing payments and late fees. 

Credit card payments can be made online at any time here: Xpress Bill Pay or by calling the Toquerville City office at (435)-635-1094 option #2 during business hours, Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm.

A check can be mailed to the city at PO Box 27 Toquerville, UT, 84774, dropped in the payment drop box at the city office at 212 N Toquer Blvd, or brought into the city office during business hours Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm.

Cash payments can be made only in person at the city office during business hours Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm.

How can I request a replacement trash can if mine is damaged?

To get a new or replacement trash you can fill out this form: WCSW Residential Waste Containers Form. Or call the Washington County Solid Waste District at (435)-673-3813.

How do I apply for or disconnect utility services?

To apply for utility services please fill out a Utility Service Application.

To disconnect utility services please fill out a Utility Service Termination.

Once your application is submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for review.

How do I report an emergency water leak?

Please call (435)-275-5275 to report an emergency water leak.

How Do I Set Up Auto Pay?

Xpress Bill Pay is a free online bill payment service. You may sign up for automatic payments or make online payments here: Xpress Bill Pay. Call the Toquerville City Utility Department at (435)-635-1094 option #2 if you have any questions about using Xpress Bill Pay service.

I have/had a water leak, now what?

Locate and fix the leak by calling a professional. Once the leak is fixed you may qualify for an abatement. Please call the Toquerville City Utility Department at (435)-635-1094 option #2 for more information.

What is a Badger Meter?

A Badger Smart Meter is a water meter that you can link to electronically through EyeOnWater to monitor your water usage.

What is Blucan?

What is EyeOnWater?

EyeOnWater is an app connected to a Badger Smart Meter. It lets you connect to your water utility accounts to see how much water you’re using and can even alert you to possible leaks on your property. Internet access is required. You may sign up here: EyeOnWater: Making Water Visible.™

Plus $4.00 per 10,000 gallons from 10,001 to 15,000,
$6.00 per 1,000 from 15,001 to 20,000.
$8.00 per 1,000 gallons from 20,001 and higher.

Non-Irrigation Users w/ no access - March 1 to Oct 31

$55.00 Monthly - Base Rate per month for 0 to 30,000 gals.

Plus $4.00 per 10,000 gallons from 30,001 to 35,000,
$6.00 per 1,000 from 35,001 to 40,000.
$8.00 per 1,000 gallons from 40,001 and higher.
And annual irrigation fee - equal to TSWS fee.

  1. Agriculture Zone 1: Monday and Thursday 5am to noon
  2. Agriculture Zone 2: Tuesday and Friday 5am to noon
  3. Agriculture Zone 3: Wednesday and Saturday 5am to noon

Sunday watering is prohibited for all.
